At the ASICS distribution center in Garons, we implemented a comprehensive warehouse automation system that significantly increased the efficiency and flexibility of logistics processes. The project included the commissioning of the following solutions:

Storage System

OSR Shuttle™Evo - an automated shuttle racking system handling 38000 storage, ensuring fast and precise goods flow

Picking Stations:

5 ergonomic Pick-it-Easy workstations,improving operator comfort and reducing order fulfillment time

Software:

Implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its integration with PLC controllers

  • Communication networks:
    PROFIBUS / PROFINET / IO-Link / AS-i
  • Drive systems: Siemens
