At the logistics center of DSV in Venlo, we were involved in the commissioning of one of the most advanced distribution centers in Europe. As part of the project, we implemented:

  • System składowania OSR Shuttle™ Evo storage system with shuttle robots, comprising 257000 storage locations
  • 16 Pick-it-Easy workstations for order picking, ensuring fast and ergonomic product preparation for shipment
  • Integration of PLC controllers with higher-level WCS/WMS systems
  • Training for maintenance teams
  • Integration with external machinery
  • Customer support during the commissioning phase

  • PLC Siemens S7-1500
  • Communication networks:
    PROFIBUS / PROFINET / IO-Link / AS-i
  • Drive systems: Siemens
