RUNPICK is KNAPP’s fully automated Robotic Universal Picker — the fastest system in the world for picking and palletizing complete retail cases, particularly in the food sector. The robot builds mixed pallets and roll containers, handling different package types in a single cycle, increasing efficiency and reducing order fulfillment time.
As part of the project, we delivered:

  • Commissioning of 12 automated RUNPICK palletizing systems
  • Commissioning of automated conveyor systems and the OSR system together with Pick-It-Easy order picking stations
  • Integration with external machinery and higher-level systems
  • Implementation of WCS and SRC software
  • Training for maintenance teams and on-site customer support
